Its time of the year again

It is time of the year again.. PPA time hehe.. a hell of a time that really you don't want to go through except if you think you couldget a merit this year..

The worst is that if you feel you should get the merit this year and you has performed (almost everyone thinks he did that hehe) than like a thunder on a sunny day, it came down faster than the speed of a bullet. No!! You are not qualified to get a merit (again in my case for 4 F%^&*ing years). It sucks.. really it is... For one you feel that whatever you've done for the last one year (gain in my case for 4 F%^&*ing years hehehe) meant absolutely nothing I tell you..

But... I have put my faith in god's decision...
